Privacy Policy
What this website collects when you contact Sheri Francis, who receives it, how it is used, and how to ask her to change or delete it.
What this site collects
When you use the contact form, the site collects your first name, last name, email address, and your message. A phone number is optional. If you enter a phone number, you are asked to tick a box agreeing to receive text messages, and the site records whether you ticked it, the exact wording you saw, and the time. If you arrived from an ad or a social post, the site may also record which one, so Sheri can see what is working.
Beyond that, the site collects only the ordinary information any website server sees, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
Who receives it
Messages sent through the contact form go to Sheri's customer management system, GoHighLevel, where she follows up with you. This website is hosted by Vercel. If the chat assistant is turned on, the questions you type into it are processed by Anthropic so it can write an answer. A service called Upstash may be used to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse. These companies handle information on Sheri's behalf. Sheri does not sell your information.
How it is used
Your information is used to reply to your message and to follow up with you about buying or selling a home. Sheri may also send you information about the local market and her services by email or, if you agreed, by text. You can ask her to stop at any time.
Calls and text messages
A phone number is used for text messages only when you ticked the consent box on the form. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
